Store Pickup Policy

At Grooveman Music, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our Miami Beach store:

✅ Pick Up Today: Most online orders are ready for same-day pickup at our store.
✅ Pick Up Later: If you need extra time, we can hold your order for up to 7 days after purchase.

How it works:

1. Place your order online.

2. At checkout, select “Store Pickup” as your delivery option (this can be done before entering payment).

3. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.

4. Bring your confirmation email and a valid ID when picking up your order.

Additional Information:

• No additional fees apply for store pickup.

• Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded.

• Pickup is only available at our Miami Beach location

  ✅ Collection SLA (Service Level Agreement):

  • Orders are usually ready within 1 business day for pickup.

  • If you choose Pick Up Later, your order will remain available for up to 7 days.

  ✅ Order Confirmation:

  • You will always receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Pickup option is shown at checkout before entering payment information.
