Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days]

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Grooveman Music is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 


    📦 In-Store Pick-Up Policy

    • Pick up today / next day: Orders placed online can be picked up the same day or the next business day at our Miami Beach store (1121 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139).

    • Pick up later: If your product is not immediately available, it will be ready within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

    • Requirements: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when picking up your order.

    • Cost: In-store pick-up is free.


    🏬 Products on Display in Store

    • Items displayed in-store may also be ordered online and shipped directly to you, according to the shipping methods above.


    Note: In-store pick-up is available only at our Miami Beach location. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.

Damages:

  • Grooveman Music is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
